Our team responds to all support tickets within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Most tickets are resolved the same day they are received. Weekend tickets are answered on the next business day.

Your Order ID is included in your order confirmation email. You can also find it in your client dashboard at manage.impowerhouse.com under "My Orders". Always include your Order ID when submitting a support ticket to help us locate your campaign faster.

Submit a ticket with your Order ID and the affected URL. We will verify the issue and either restore the original link or replace it with an equivalent placement at no extra charge. All our link placements come with a replacement guarantee.

Reports are delivered within 30 days of your order being placed — typically alongside the final deliverables. Full reports are provided for all non-PBN links. PBN links come with partial screenshot reports for security reasons.

Once work has been started on your campaign, we do not issue refunds. This is standard practice in the SEO industry due to the immediate resource costs of link outreach, content creation, and placement. If you have a concern about your order, please submit a ticket and our team will do their best to make it right.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by submitting a ticket or contacting us before your next billing date. All backlinks built during your active subscription remain permanent — they do not disappear when you cancel.

SEO results typically take 2–8 weeks to appear after link delivery as Google needs time to crawl, index, and process new links. Short-term fluctuations are completely normal. If you're 8+ weeks post-delivery with no movement, submit a ticket with your target URLs and keywords and we'll review your campaign.

Changes can be made before work has started on your campaign. Once link building or content creation has begun, we are unable to change the target URLs or keywords. Please submit a ticket immediately if you need to make changes and include your Order ID.
